- Founder and CEO of Perkins Resources, Deirdre Perkins has an intimate knowledge of the search and recruitment process involved in finding the premier candidates for organizations that match both skill set and organisation culture. With almost fifteen years experience recruiting for both National and International science based organizations, Deirdre is highly skilled in managing key appointments and large, exclusive accounts.
  
  As the Founder and CEO of Perkins Resources, Deirdre’s networks are well established in the science community. Recruiting primarily Executive roles Deirdre's networks extend to all levels and across university and private sector organizations within this growing sector. Nicole Blakemore - National Office Coordinator

- Having moved to Brisbane from Christchurch (NZ), Nicole joined Perkins Resources in 2009, where she is responsible for accounts and payroll, as well as coordinating all National processes and administration. Nicole is a key first point of contact for our clients, candidates and suppliers.
Melinda Barton - Senior Consultant

- Joining Perkins Resources at its inception, Melinda has over nine years scientific recruitment experience in Brisbane and has an extensive knowledge of the Queensland Science and Technology industry. Having held managerial positions, Melinda has recruited extensively in the areas of environmental, petrochemical, food, biotechnology and pharmaceutical at all levels from graduates to senior executives. Melinda also has experience in the management of large commercial and government accounts. Melinda graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Science in 1988 and went on to gain First Class Honours in Microbiology in 1989.
